    1. This will be our first attempt — we’ll let you know how it goes! Most of the recipes we’ve seen online are very simple — peel and de-seed the squash, cut it into french fry shapes, season with salt & pepper, then bake until browned. We may toss them in a little olive oil before baking — not sure yet.
