Orzo with Shrimp, Tomato and Feta

This Orzo with Shrimp dish is one of our comfort foods.  We use a single pot to boil the orzo pasta, saute the shrimp, then cook a quick spicy garlic and tomato sauce.  Combine all of these great ingredients in a baking dish with some feta and parmesan cheese, then heat it all in the oven for about 10 minutes for a delicious meal.

  1. Beautiful photos, first of all.

Like you, I am a big fan of frozen prawns and use them all the time. I love orzo and can tell by looking that this is a dish I will love.

Thankyou for sharing, fellow foodie friend:-)

I will make this and let you know how it turned out for us.

  2. Beth and Ben made this for the four of us this evening and it was terrific. B and B say hi and will we have a chance to see you in The Woodlands this year? We arrive on the 29th; when do you leave for Dallas? XXOO

    1. Hello Levy’s! Glad you enjoyed the shrimp dish – it is one of our favorites! Not sure if we will see you in the Woodlands. I (and maybe Dan – work is crazy for him right now) will just be making a very short trip there this Christmas. But we hope to see you if we can!
