    I absolutely love reading your site and cooking your recipes! everything you write about sounds so delicious! I noticed you had mentioned this in your upcoming weekly menu : Slow-Cooker Green Chile Pork Enchiladas. Do you plan to post the recipe? I love doing slow cooker meals during the week because they are easy and delicious and make enough for a few nights. I would love to get the recipe for Slow-Cooker Green Chile Pork Enchiladas!
