This is what always usually sometimes occasionally happens when Dan is away and not able to cook . . .

Take-Out!  Sometimes I thaw single-size leftovers (like Dan’s red sauce & meatballs), other times I transmogrify leftovers from earlier in the week into a different entree (like nachos using leftover chicken or pork, or salad using leftover grilled spicy garlic shrimp), but other times I take the easiest route possible and just pick something up on the way home.

Korean Chicken from Pei Wei.  Good, but Dan’s version is in a whole different league.  Recipe to come….
